Hello, I'm Jason
(he/him)
I was born and raised in London and now enjoy life on the south coast of England, where I live with my rescue dog Flo.
I love being outdoors, whether that means walking along the coast, spending time on the beach or getting out into the countryside, and I am always happier when the sun is shining. Walks with Flo give me time to slow down, notice what is around me and clear my head. I try to make space in my own life for reflection, learning and growth, as well as for the people, places and experiences that help me feel connected and grounded.
Behind my professional roles and experience, I am someone who values honesty, kindness, fairness and genuine human connection. My own identity and lived experiences have shaped how I understand belonging, difference, resilience and the importance of feeling recognised and understood.
I believe professional support can have clear boundaries while still feeling genuinely human. I bring warmth, openness and curiosity to my work, and aim to offer a relationship in which people can think aloud, be themselves and explore things that may feel complicated, uncertain or difficult to put into words.
