Hello, I'm Jason

I bring more than 35 years’ experience across mental health, suicide prevention, equality and inclusion, advocacy, leadership and community services. My professional and lived experience inform how I understand identity, belonging and difference.

Much of my experience involves supporting people in complex, high-pressure and sometimes isolated roles, including people in roles that connect closely with identity and lived experience or provide support within their own community. This includes practitioners, peer workers, managers and leaders.

My approach is person-centred, trauma-informed, neuro-affirming and LGBTQ+ affirmative. I bring warmth, curiosity and appropriate challenge, making space to recognise strengths, explore difficulties and consider practical next steps.

Working Together

Together, we agree the purpose of our work, expectations, boundaries, confidentiality and session arrangements. Sessions can be booked individually, as a block or on an ongoing basis, and may be self-funded or commissioned by an employer or organisation. We can discuss access needs, communication preferences and adjustments before we begin and as we work together.

Support that recognises your experience

Your questions, support needs or experiences do not need to fit neatly into one category. We can explore how identity, relationships, health, work and wider circumstances connect, guided by what matters to you.

You do not need to know exactly which kind of support to ask for.

Areas of Focus

Explore themes such as identity, neurodivergence, confidence, wellbeing and life changes. These can be explored through coaching or, where relevant to your work, supervision and reflective practice.
