Coaching
Coaching is offered through a reflective, goal-focused framework, creating a space to explore identity, wellbeing, confidence, and change. It supports insight, clarity, and purposeful action. Additional specialist support is available in areas such as LGBTQ+ identity and experience, neurodivergence, imposter feelings, trauma responses, and men’s wellbeing. This work is usually self-funded and shaped around your priorities, pace, and lived experience.
Coaching
Creating space for reflection, clarity, and meaningful change
Coaching offers a confidential, supportive space to slow down, think clearly, and reconnect with what matters to you.
It is a reflective, goal-focused process that supports insight, confidence, and purposeful change. Sessions are collaborative and person-centred, shaped around your priorities, pace, and lived experience.
People come to coaching for many different reasons, including questions about direction, relationships, identity, wellbeing, work, or personal change. You do not need to be in work, and you do not need to have professional goals to engage in this support.
How I work:
My coaching approach is reflective, strengths-based, and grounded in real-world experience. I use an integrated model, drawing on coaching and mentoring where helpful. This creates space for your own insight, ideas, and goals, alongside the option to draw on my experience for perspective, reassurance, or sense-checking when useful.
The work often includes reflection on:
- thoughts, patterns, and beliefs
- emotional responses
- physical or instinctive reactions
- behaviour and decision-making
This supports greater awareness, clearer thinking, and more informed, sustainable choices.
Coaching may support you to:
- build confidence and emotional resilience
- clarify goals, priorities, and direction
- break challenges into manageable, achievable steps
- explore internal and external barriers to progress
- make sense of change, transition, or loss
- strengthen boundaries and self-worth
- reflect on patterns or habits that no longer feel helpful
- make realistic and sustainable changes at your own pace
A flexible and responsive space
Coaching is not a fixed or prescriptive process. Sessions adapt to what feels most important and relevant to you.
Some people come with clear goals. Others come to think, reflect, and make sense of what is happening in their lives. Both are equally welcome.
Specialist areas of support
Alongside general coaching, I offer specialist, themed, and identity-informed support in areas such as LGBTQ+ experience, neurodivergence, trauma response, ageing well, imposter feelings, and men’s wellbeing.
This work is experience-led and held within a coaching, mentoring, and wellbeing framework. Further details are available on my Specialist Support page.
