Clinical Supervision & Coaching
35+ years’ experience across mental health, wellbeing & community services
Trauma-informed, independent, and reflective support
Brighton & Hove | Online across the UK

Welcome,
and thanks for stopping by.

If you are looking for independent, trauma-informed clinical supervision or reflective support to help make sense of complex work, emotional impact, wellbeing, or professional practice, you’re in the right place.

I offer clinical supervision and reflective practice for practitioners, leaders, staff teams, and people working in isolated, complex or emotionally demanding roles. This work creates space for reflection, ethical decision-making, emotional wellbeing, and sustainable practice.

I also offer reflective, person-centred coaching for people navigating wellbeing, identity, relationships, confidence, life transitions, direction, or personal change. Coaching provides a supportive space to slow down, think things through, and reconnect with what matters to you.

Alongside general coaching and reflective support, I also offer specialist support around:

  • Neurodivergent Coaching
  • LGBTQ+ Identity & Wellbeing
  • Imposter Feelings
  • Ageing, Identity & Transition
  • Men’s Wellbeing
  • Trauma, Wellbeing & Resilience
  • Winter Wellbeing & Seasonal Support

This work is grounded in emotional wellbeing, sustainability, resilience, and meaningful change, with a reflective, trauma-informed, and person-centred approach throughout.

This site is also for employers and commissioners looking for independent, psychologically informed support for staff, teams, and organisations; including clinical supervision, reflective practice, workforce wellbeing, and psychologically safe spaces for reflection and support.

Finding the Right Support

Finding the right support is a deeply personal process. Whether you are seeking clinical supervision, reflective or relational coaching, or space to think through complex work or life challenges, what matters most is not just what support is offered, but how it is offered, and who you work with.

There is no one-size-fits-all approach to support.

Effective support is grounded in:

  • trust and rapport
  • shared values
  • identity and lived experience
  • professional background and insight
  • specialist training and areas of expertise
  • working style, approach, and boundaries

Clarity and transparency are central to my practice. I believe it’s important that you understand what I offer, how I work, and whether my approach feels like the right fit for you. My work is person-centred, relational, and collaborative, shaped around your priorities, context, and pace, and grounded in a clear reflective framework.

Over many years of supporting volunteers, staff, leaders, and communities across mental health, community, LGBTQ+, and migrant, refugee and asylum services, I have developed a reflective, values-led approach that places relationship, safety, and integrity at the heart of the work.

My About Me page tells you more about who I am, my experience and background, and the values that shape my trauma informed, person centred approach to Clinical Supervision and Coaching.
