This pricing applies to organisations, employers, commissioners, and funded programmes commissioning clinical supervision. In my practice, this work may also include reflective practice and professional development coaching as part of an integrated support process. Specialist, themed, or identity-informed support can also be incorporated where relevant to the context and agreed focus of the work

Standard Session Fee

£85 per 60-minute session

£120 per 90-minute session

Pre-Booked / Block Booking Rates

For organisations or services committing in advance, discounted rates apply:

6 sessions booked in advance: £5 reduction per session
10 sessions booked in advance: £10 reduction per session

This applies to both 60-minute and 90-minute sessions.

Pre-booked sessions are invoiced and paid in advance.

Multiple Staff Bookings (Concurrent One-to-One Sessions)

For employers commissioning individual supervision for multiple staff members, discounted rates apply:

2–4 employees: £5 reduction per session
5 or more employees: £10 reduction per session

This applies to both 60-minute and 90-minute sessions.

All sessions remain individual, confidential, and tailored to each employee.

Employer-funded work is invoiced monthly, unless otherwise agreed as part of a block booking or contract.

Accessibility & Reduced Fee Sessions

I reserve a small number of subsidised sessions per quarter at a reduced fee for:

• Workers in refugee, migrant, asylum, LGBTQ+ and suicide prevention fields
• Specialist lived experience roles

Availability is limited and offered by discussion.

Shorter Sessions

30-minute sessions: £45

Ideal for those needing lighter-touch support, regular contact during periods of pressure or crisis, additional check-ins, or urgent reflective space between full sessions.

Flexible & Focused Supervision Options

Alongside ongoing supervision, I offer flexible options to support specific needs, emerging situations, or focused areas of work. These can be particularly helpful for individuals or teams who may not require regular sessions, or who are seeking input around a specific piece of work or challenge.

Consultative Supervision
A space to think through a specific situation, piece of work, or decision, drawing on reflective and supervisory perspectives to support clarity, direction, and safe practice.

One-off / Focused Sessions
Single sessions centred on a particular issue, transition, or area of complexity, offering structured reflection and support without ongoing commitment.

Ad-hoc (as needed) Sessions
Flexible sessions arranged as required, providing responsive support during periods of change, pressure, or increased demand.

Review / Revisit / Update Sessions
Sessions to return to supervision after a break, reflect on progress, revisit themes, or consider next steps in practice or development.

These sessions are charged at the standard session rate, with flexibility discussed where appropriate.

Invoicing, Payment & Cancellation

All self-funded individual sessions are paid for in advance of the session starting 

Employer-funded individual sessions are invoiced monthly

Pre-booked discounted/block booked sessions require payment in advance

Cancellations: A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required. Sessions cancelled with less notice may be charged at the full rate.

Any additional work outside standard sessions (such as reports, extended liaison, consultancy, service development, or bespoke training) will be discussed and costed separately by agreement.
